Awhile back I participated in a team meeting where we made a mystery card together. The card we made was a fun-fold card and I was surprised at it's simplicity! So much so, that it's the card I used for my own mystery card class this past week.
For this card I used the Joyful Life stamp set out of the July-December Mini Catalog. It sorta hides in the back of the catalog on page 63. If you love adorable images, this is the stamp set for you. This fun bear riding the bike with the bunny was just too fun!
I paired it with the Pattern Party 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper available as a host-only option with any order of $150 or more. It's quite the value with 48 sheets, 4 each of 12 double-sided designs. One side as these colorful patterns while the other side is all black & white. So versatile!
I put together a video tutorial showing how easy this fun fold card is to put together. In it I share both a card using the Playful Pets stamp set as well as one that mostly utilizes Sweet Stockings Designer Series Papers and a little fussy-cutting.
I hope you'll watch, like and share it! If you don't already have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I'd love to be yours. You can order quickly by clicking on the thumbnails below showcasing all the products used in this project.
Please use the current host code (found on the right side bar of this blog) for all orders under $150 (before shipping and tax). These qualify for my stampin' rewards loyalty program (one point for each $50 before shipping & tax). Orders of $150 or more qualify as well, but they will receive host benefits, so don't add a host code to them as this negates the host benefits you'll receive from Stampin' Up!
Have questions? Just let me know and I'll do my best to answer.

Are you looking for a simple Christmas Card idea that doesn't use too many supplies? Though the card I'm sharing today does use the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and a die set (the Encircled in Beauty Dies from the Annual Catalog), other than cutting the doilies from your chosen cardstock, the assembly is really quite simple. And, if you use the Stamparatus it will go even more smoothly!
Evening Evergreen cardstock: 4-1/4" x 11", scored along the 11" side at 5-1/2"; 4" x 4" (for the larger doily)
Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper (your choice): 4" x 5-1/4"
Cherry Cobbler: 3/4" x 4-1/4" (ends will be trimmed using the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch)
Shimmery cardstock: 3" x 3" (smaller doily cut from this after Adhesive Sheets have been adhered to the one side, if desired)
