#SU! Counting Sheep Double Easel Card Tutorial

I have to admit that when I first saw the Counting Sheep and Sheep Dies in the August-September 2021 Sale-a-Bration Brochure, I loved them! Not sure if it is just their adorable images or the fact that they remind me of a good friend, gone too soon, who loved sheep.  In any case, when I was putting together the card for the August Mystery Stamping (a free class on Zoom that I do once a month, and it's FREE!) the Counting Sheep stamp set was on the top of the list for stamp sets to use. I hope you'll watch the video tutorial below that will guide you step-by-step on how quick this card goes together, but also where to place each piece. Here are the promised measurements: Granny Apple Green cardstock: 11"x4-1/4", score at 5-1/2" (card base) Basic White cardstock: 10-1/4"x4", score at 5-1/4" & 7-3/4" (this is the easel part); 4"x5-1/4" (inside); scraps for sheep & cloud, about 3-1/2"x1" (front greeting) Crushed Cur...

#SU! Beautifully Penned SAB Congratulations

This month at my monthly stamp club, we made cards using just the stamp set from the Hand-Penned Petals bundle. The card I'm sharing with you today was the last card we made. It incorporates the coordinating designer series paper, Beautifully Penned from the August-September Sale-a-Bration brochure. You cannot purchase this designer series paper, however through September 30th (or while supplies last) you can get it for FREE when you spend $50 before shipping and tax on anything from the Annual or July-Dec Mini catalog! FYI, just the purchase of the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set, the Banners Pick-a-Punch and the Rhinestone Jewels brings you to $50!😄 I know...what a deal! I love the look of the black & white. However, you can color in the white in so many different ways. Here are the promised dimensions: Basic Black cardstock: 4-1/4"x11", scored at 5-1/2"; 1-3/8"x4" Basic White cardstock: 1/2"x2-1/2" (for banner greeting); 4"x5-1/4" (...

#SU! Christmas Season Simple Elegance Card

When you participate in a swap with other Stampin' Up! Demonstrators, you often get some great ideas! Such was the case this month for me. I received in the mail a swap I participated in (hint: I share the card sent to me in my video tutorial!) this month. My good friend often includes me in her team swaps, and I'm so grateful. I loved the layout and immediately thought of the Christmas Season stamp set. This layout goes together so quickly that you could easily put together a stack of Christmas cards in no time. Change up the colors, and have a variety, or keep them all the same. Whatever you decide, I hope you'll try this out. Here are the measurements for the card: Sahara Sand cardstock: 5-1/2"x8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4" horizontally  Blackberry Bliss cardstock: 3-7/8"x5-1/8" Basic White cardstock: 3-3/4"x5"; 4"x5-1/4" (inside); scrap for the greeting large enough to be cut from the Picture This Die Vellum cardstock : 1-1/8...
