This card was inspired by a Pinterest post. I liked the layout and thought the Mosaic Madness stamp set worked well with it. The "happy birthday" saying is from Petite Pairs (which happens to be on sale for 25% off this month).
The colors are not my usual pairing, but I kinda like them.
