March Stamp Club/Class Projects

For March, I focused on some new products, Sale-a-bration and the Spring Catalog.

This card uses the new stamp type (photopolymer) for Stampin' Up!, Designer Type.  The great thing is you can see through the stamp, it's super sticky, and you can bend them to the shape you want.  I like the bold color combo here, using some of the Designer Series Paper and ribbon from Sale-a-Bration, Sycamore Street.

This cute little holder holds a chap stick and makes a great gift.  Thanks to Jen Wade, who is on my team, for the great idea.  It's a 3-1/2" x 5-3/4" piece of card stock, scored along the 5-3/4" side at 2-1/2" and 3-1/4".

This adorable card was cased from Julie Davison.  I used Early Espresso ink and card stock and 1/8" Taffeta ribbon (instead of Linen thread), Naturals Ivory card stock, and an image from Perfectly Penned to make it my own.  I also chose to corner-round the edges of the card.

This last card is one I had in my recent card buffet.  The only thing I changed was to emboss the phone booth.  One of the great things about the new stamp pads, is that you can emboss with them as long as you don't wait to add the embossing powder.

Thanks for stopping by.  Comments are always appreciated!

Gathering Moments Table Favor

Are you looking for special table favors for your Thanksgiving or Freinds-giving dinner-table spread? Consider these fairly quick boxes. They can be filled with chocolates, mints, etc. I love fall, so these boxes just make me happy! You can watch the tutorial video to see how quick and easy (the stitching takes a little time) they are to put together.  I'm aware that there were some focusing issues in the video. It's been figured out now! 😅 A couple more ideas that I shared in the video! Here is the template I referenced in the video: Thanks again for stopping by and watching!
