Day 4 Christmas Post

Well, there are 21 days left until Christmas so today I'm posting a Christmas ornament for today's project.

I used a piece of balsa wood (you can find balsa wood at any craft or hobby store) cut in an oval shape using the Sizzix Big-Shot and the Ovals die. The snowman image from Holiday Lineup was stamped onto it using Jet-Black Staz-On ink. Then, I colored in the image using a blender pen and Water Wonder Crayons. The hole in the top was made with the paper-piercing tool. To give a nice finish, I stamped the entire oval with a VersaMark pad and then covered it in Glassy Glaze embossing powder. This I repeated 2 more times. A piece of elastic gold cord is tied for a hanger. Then I added a Bravo Burgundy bow made from 1/4" grosgrain ribbon and attached it to the top with a Mini Glue Dot.

Come back tomorrow to see the day #5 post.
