Light the Sky Birthday

 Recently, I needed a swap card for a demonstrator group that I'm a part of. And, I really wanted to use the Light the Sky stamp set from the 2023 September-December Mini catalog. However, I wanted to use the stamp set in an unconventional way. So...I made a birthday card!

I combined the Light the Sky stamp set with the Biggest Wish stamp set from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog.

Measurements:

Starry Sky cardstock: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"; scored along the 8-1/2" side at 4-1/4"

Basic White cardstock: 5-1/4" x 4" (cut 2); 2" x 2-3/4" (cut using die)

Stargazing Designer Series Paper: 5-1/8" x 3-7/8"

Gold Glimmer Paper: 3-1/2" x 1-1/2"

By My Side Post-It Note Holder

For Stampin' Up!'s BackStage event that occurred this August (2023), I wanted to create little gifts for long-time friends that I knew that I'd meet up with while there. I came up with these little Post-It note holders that stay closed with small magnets.

I created different colored ones depending on the Post-It notes that I had on hand. 

Here are the measurements:

• Lemon Lolly cardstock: 3" x 8"
• Gorgeous Grape: 2-7/8" x 2-7/8"
• Basic White: 2-3/4" x 2-3/4"

I used an omitting technique for getting the words to stack on top and fit like I wanted onto the right side of the holder. Check out the video below for tips and tricks for assembling.
