Welcoming Birthday CardO

 Seems like I'm always needing birthday cards! Maybe that is also you. The Welcoming Window Bundle is a great stamp set and die-cut bundle out of the January to June 2021 Mini Catalog. (There's also a Mother's Day greeting if you need one of those). I decided that I liked the softer colors in this color combination: Gray Granite, Blushing Bride, Mossy Meadow and Early Espresso. This was the first color combination I put together: Gray Granite, Daffodil Delight, Garden Green & Early Espresso. It's definitely bright and cheery! Here are the measurements: Gray Granite cardstock: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4" along the 8-1/2" side; 4-1/2" x 3-1/4" Blushing Bride cardstock: 3" x 4-7/8" Basic White cardstock: 1-1/2" square; 4" x 5-1/4" for inside greeting; 1-3/4" x 4-3/4 or scraps large enough to stamp & cut-out the flower Early Espresso cardstock: 2-1/2" x 1" or scrap large enough to cut-out th...

Stampin' Up! Welcoming Window Old World Birthday Card

 When I first saw the January to June 2021 Mini Catalog, I knew I wanted the Welcoming Window Bundle. The adorable windows just say, "hello" to me and they are indeed so welcoming! \ Have you ever done omitting with rubber stamps? That's how I eliminated part of the greeting image for the front of the card. Be sure to watch my latest video because I show one way to do so. Measurements: Crumb Cake: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4" along the 8-1/2" side; 4" x 5-1/4" Very Vanilla: 4" x 5-1/4"; scraps to cut a window frame (you only need the window panes, save the rest for another project), flowers and pot and a 1/2" x 4" (rough length) for the front greeting Early Espresso: scraps big enough to cut the window frame, window box and shutters Basic Black: small scrap to cut 4 hinges Here's the video: I did find the missing window pane...it was hiding in plain sight right on top of the opened stamp case.
