This is the third project I've made using the Warm Welcome bundle. This set is so versatile!

This card is one I made for all my first-level team members. I send a card about once a month to each of them to encourage and hopefully inspire them.

Here are the measurements:

Smoky Slate cardstock: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"; 3" x 4"

Basic White cardstock: 4" x 5-1/4"; 3-3/4" x 5"; 3" x 3-3/4"

Basic Gray cardstock: 3-1/2" x 4-3/4"

Poppy Parade cardstock: 1-1/2" x 4"

Silver Foil: scrap for door-knob

2011 Desktop Calendar

This month in my stamp club meetings, I had the gals make these desktop calendars. It was a big hit. The image to the left of the calendar can be changed according to the season (winter, spring, summer & fall) by removing the image and placing one of the other 3 onto the velcro dot (attached behind the image). The corresponding side of the velcro dot is placed on the back side of the images. I used the stamp set A Flower for all Seasons , #111592, $14.95. And, the extra images are stored inside in a small cellophane bag. The calendar base takes only 1 sheet of card stock to make, measuring 9" x 6-1/2". With simple scoring and folding, it goes together very quickly. Another demonstrator had shared the calendar file that is printed onto printer paper and cut to size. Sunflower 3D Embossing Folder Techniques

Do you ever need a quick, but 'wow' kind of card? When don't you, would be my response! That was the inspiration for this weeks card and video tutorial.
