Pop-A-Greeting Class

I've been wanting to host a class, but gathering in groups is still a bit iffy! So, taking a tip from my good friend Kathy, I'm offering what I'm calling a Pop-A-Greeting Class. All the card designs feature the stamp set Happy Thoughts. It's found in the January-June Mini Catalog, pg 28 for $21.00:

However, there are a number of other greeting stamp sets that could work as well.

The project kit features designer series paper that was only available only during Sale-A-Bration: Flower & Field. It's absolutely gorgeous!

The project kit will include all the pre-cut papers, embellishments and envelopes to make 2 each of 4 card designs for a total of 8 cards. (All but one of the cards features a fancy fold.)

A PDF of the cards with measurements as well as a link to a video of how to assemble will be included. All samples have been stamped using the Tuxedo Black Momento Ink. (Note that pre-stamped images are against SU! policy. The kit will not include stamps, ink or adhesive.)

This is an event that is available to anyone in the United States (if you are in a different country, seek out a SU! Demonstrator in your area for classes & ordering)

2011 Desktop Calendar

This month in my stamp club meetings, I had the gals make these desktop calendars. It was a big hit. The image to the left of the calendar can be changed according to the season (winter, spring, summer & fall) by removing the image and placing one of the other 3 onto the velcro dot (attached behind the image). The corresponding side of the velcro dot is placed on the back side of the images. I used the stamp set A Flower for all Seasons , #111592, $14.95. And, the extra images are stored inside in a small cellophane bag. The calendar base takes only 1 sheet of card stock to make, measuring 9" x 6-1/2". With simple scoring and folding, it goes together very quickly. Another demonstrator had shared the calendar file that is printed onto printer paper and cut to size.
