Have you ever purchased a stamp set or stamp bundle and not gotten around to using it? I'd love to say that never happens to me, but... That is the case for this fun bundle, Seas the Day ! As I've mentioned before this past spring had some unexpected bumps for our family in addition to big things that we did plan. So, needless to say I didn't spend as much time in my stamp room as I'd hoped to.  With the January-June Mini catalog on it's way out, I pulled out this fun bundle and oh, my! What a fun bundle it is, and I'm so sad that it won't be sticking around. While working on designing a card, it seemed to be almost asking to be a shaker card. And I just didn't like a single-color front. So, I added a paper-pieced front to incorporate more color. Back on December 15th of 2020, I made a similar shaker card using the Snowman Season bundle .  I shared this fun card with my stamp club ladies last night (all via Zoom!) and they loved it. The idea came from my good friend, Kathy Howes . I knew when I saw it, I knew I wanted to try this fun technique out. Here are the supplies you'll need: (See photos below) Cardstock, here I used Pacific Point: 5-1/2"x8-1/2" & scored at 4-1/4" Designer Series Paper: 4"x5-1/4" Cardstock, Whisper White: 4"x5-1/4" (for the inside greeting), 2"x5-1/4" for the snowy scene, and scraps to stamp & punch out the snowman Here is the YouTube Video showing how I put this fun and simple card together.
